Plate w\/watercress.<\/p>\n<p>Flank Steak \u2013 cut into strips across grain, pound flat, pastry brush-apply molasses, wrap around asparagus, brush w\/oil &amp; put on grill. Plate w\/baby lettuce or any small leaf. (cut at angle).<\/p>\n<p>+++++++<\/p>\n<p>BBQ and other Meat Tips<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients How different can BBQ be?<\/p>\n<p>In South Carolina they use mustard-laced shredded pork.<br \/>\nIn North Carolina they use pepper and vinegar.<br \/>\nIn Kansas City, a tangy tomato-based sauce is used.<br \/>\nIn Memphis, Worcestershire is added to the sauce.<br \/>\nIn Texas, beef brisket is preferred over pork<\/p>\n<p>In Arizona, my recipe is the best ! ! ! !<br \/>\nSee &#8220;Robert&#8217;s Quick n Tasty BBQ Ribs&#8221; under &#8220;Main Courses&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<br \/>\n1.
