Preheat oven to 375 degrees<br \/>\n2. Slices of prepared eggplant<br \/>\n3. Bake on rack for 20 minutes<br \/>\n4. Two or three layer (from bottom to top)<br \/>\nL1: meat sauce or maranara with basil chiffonade (on bottom)<br \/>\nL2: eggplant<br \/>\nL3: grated parmesan, chili, garlic<br \/>\nL4: mozzerella and ricotta cheeses<br \/>\n5. Last top layer should be mozzerella<br \/>\n6. Top with bread crumbs<br \/>\n7. Bake for 40 minutes<br \/>\n8.
