Vanilla<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<br \/>\n1. Beat egg yolks, sugar and corn syrup until thick and lemon colored.<br \/>\n2. Add milk, cream, flavoring.<br \/>\n3. Pour into refrigerator tray.<br \/>\n4. Freeze until firm.<br \/>\n5. Remove to chilled bowl.<br \/>\n6. Add unbeaten egg whites and beat until fluffy.<br \/>\n7. Return to freezing compartment for 20-25 minutes or until frozen.<\/p>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<p>1 C cream<br \/>\n2 TBL sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n<p>Put into a small zip lock bag<br \/>\nFill a large zip lock bag 1\/2 way with ice<br \/>\nAdd 1\/2 C salt to the ice<br \/>\nPut small bag into the larger one<br \/>\nShake it around for about ten minutes<\/p>\n<p>Special Steps<\/p>\n<p>Variations Peanut Brittle Ice Cream \u2013 substitute 1 cup crushed peanut brittle for sugar.<br \/>\nAdd 1 tsp vanilla.<\/p>\n<p>Strawberry Ice Cream \u2013 Substitute 1 cup finely sieved strawberries for 1 cup milk. Add \u00bc cup sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee Ice Cream \u2013 dissolve 1 tbsp instant coffee in 1 tsp boiling water.
