Pretty Darned Easy Enchilada Sauce<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mild Green Enchilada Sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

You can easily double any of these recipes and can the extra.  Put canning jars (not lids) through the dishwasher and time the cycle so that it finishes just when you finish your enchilada sauce.  When sauce is finished, put the lids into a bowl of nearly boiling hot water for 30 seconds.  Pour hot sauce into “sterile” jars, and put the lid on.  For those jars that “PING” the sauce will stay on the shelf for up to a month.  PLEASE NOTE:  YOU MUST ELIMINATE THE MEAT if you are planning to can your sauce in this manner, otherwise leave one inch head space and freeze the sauce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
