Put in metal or pressed aluminum bowl &#8211; the kind you get from restaurants.<br \/>\n4. Cover with foil, then bag for freezer<\/p>\n<p>To cook<\/p>\n<p>1. Cook on lowest heat (covered) 1 hour<br \/>\n2. After 1 hour, turn up heat to about 250 C<br \/>\n3. in ten minutes, remove foil and baste meat and toss vegetables<br \/>\n4.
