This was the result. Very good!<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words\">Here&#8217;s a straightforward pumpkin custard recipe:<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pumpkin Custard<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1 cup \u00b1 pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1 apple (my addition)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">3 large eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1\u00bd cups whole milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bd cup granulated sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bd cup brown sugar (my addition)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1 TBL corn starch (my addition)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bd teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bc teaspoon ground ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bc teaspoon ground nutmeg<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u215b teaspoon ground cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-decimal space-y-2.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Preheat your oven to 325\u00b0F (165\u00b0C).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">In a large bowl or food processor, blend together the apple, the pumpkin puree and the eggs until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Add the milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Whisk until completely combined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Pour the mixture into 6 individual ramekins or custard cups, or into one 1\u00bd-quart baking dish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Place the ramekins in a larger baking pan and add hot water to the pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins (this is a water bath).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Bake for 40-45 minutes for individual custards (or 50-60 minutes for one large dish) until the centers are just set but still slightly jiggly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Remove from the water bath and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">The custard will firm up as it cools.
