Them my wife makes a marinade with marmalade, soy sauce, garlic cloves, lemon slices and maybe some sake. Then we cut the ribs into individual. Marinate for at least 4 hours. Longer is better. Than she bakes the ribs around 350 for 75 mins. And then boils the marinade for 15-20 mins to concentrate it and kill any bacteria. We use that as a sauce over the ribs at the end.
