{"id":23152,"date":"2023-10-06T18:18:31","date_gmt":"2023-10-07T01:18:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=23152"},"modified":"2023-10-08T11:39:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-08T18:39:25","slug":"easy-baked-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/easy-baked-chicken\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Baked Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Base Recipe Contributed by Patti Neill from Beatitudes Campus, Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 Chicken Breasts &#8211; Butterfly and pound flat<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 C buter &#8211; melted<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C Panko breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>10-16 oz marinara or Alfredo sauce<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella Cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/alfredo-sauce\/\">Alfredo Sauce<\/a> &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/basic-marinara\/\">Marinara Sauce<\/a> &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/scratch-marinara\/\">Scratch Marinara<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking tray with foil, then spray with cooking oil<\/li>\n<li>Mix together Parmesan, Panko, garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter and pour into a shallow bowl<\/li>\n<li>Dip chicken into the butter<\/li>\n<li>Dredge into the bred crumb mixture, pressing into the chicken<\/li>\n<li>Place on baking tray<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Spoon sauce over the chicken<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle mozzarella cheese thickly over the top<\/li>\n<li>Put back into oven for 10 more minutes<\/li>\n<li>Serve over cooked spaghetti and cover with more sauce and cheese<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Base Recipe Contributed by Patti Neill from Beatitudes Campus, Phoenix.
