I bought this on Amazon and it works just as promised.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve moved into a smaller apartment, where space is at a premium, so this recipe uses a small round ramekin instead of the Original Eggwich.&nbsp; Still&#8230; if you have room, buy the Easy Eggwich.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Basic Recipe<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>Wipe a round ramekin with Crisco, butter, or spray with Pam<\/li>\n<li>Beat an egg in a separate container and place into the ramekin<\/li>\n<li>Add toppings (two max) bacon, sausage, cheese, olive, ham, etc<\/li>\n<li>Put into microwave and cover with a tea plate<\/li>\n<li>Microwave 60 seconds on high<\/li>\n<li>The glass will heat up.&nbsp; BE CAREFUL.&nbsp; The Easy Eggwich container does not heat up.<\/li>\n<li>Turn out on a prepared English muffin or other container &#8211; add toppings as desired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Options from Easy Eggwich<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>CONTAINER:&nbsp;&nbsp; English muffin, biscuit, bagel, croissant, waffle, pancake, Texas toast, corn muffin, ciaatta bun, flatbread, wraps, potato buns, street taco tortillas, pitas, and more<\/li>\n<li>MEAT FILLING:&nbsp;&nbsp; Bacon, sausage, sausage links, ham, pork roll, Canadian bacon, maple bacon, turkey sausage, chorizo, corned beef, prosciutto, soppressata, and more.<\/li>\n<li>SPECIALTY TOPPINGS to use BEFORE cooking:&nbsp; (mix in with egg) Onions, salsa,diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and more.<\/li>\n<li>SPECIALTY TOPPINGS to use AFTER cooking:&nbsp; Avocado, salsa, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, sprouts, tater tots, hashed browns, and more.<\/li>\n<li>CHEESE TOPPING:&nbsp;&nbsp; Cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, pepper jack, Muenster, goat cheese, feta, cream cheese, Manchego, Cotija, and others&nbsp; (Grandpa&#8217;s suggestion:&nbsp; put cheese on AFTER cooking)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Eggwich Variations<\/span> <\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>PLEASE NOTE:&nbsp; I&#8217;ve intentionally omitted amounts to use.&nbsp; Please use your judgement to use whatever amounts best suits your personal taste.&nbsp; DO NOT, however, use too much tomato or cheese, as it will prevent the egg from congealing.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Sausage and Waffle Eggwich<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<\/li>\n<li>Cook sausage patty and place on one waffle<\/li>\n<li>Top with the egg.<\/li>\n<li>Add maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>Option:&nbsp; Add second waffle to top of the stack\n<ol>\n<li>Option:&nbsp; Use a pancake rather than a waffle<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Croissant Eggwich with Apple Bacon &amp; Cheddar<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<\/li>\n<li>Cook bacon and place on toasted croissant<\/li>\n<li>Layer thin apple slices on top of the bacon&nbsp; (tart apples are best)<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/cinnasugar\/\"><strong>Grandpa&#8217;s&nbsp; CinnaSugar<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Add cooked egg, and top with shredded cheddar<\/li>\n<li>Finish with other half of croissant<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>HINT:&nbsp; You can place apple slices on a plate, and sprinkle with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/cinnasugar\/\"><strong>CinnaSugar<\/strong><\/a>, then microwave for 40 seconds to add a caramel flavor to your Eggwich.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eggwich with Bacon, Avocado and Cheddar<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute onion, diced tomato and bacon<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<br \/>\nWITH THE EXCEPTION of placing onion mixture on top of beaten egg<\/li>\n<li>Cook in microwave according to directionsw.&nbsp; Since onion, tomato and bacon are already cooked and warm, you do not need to extend the time<\/li>\n<li>Prepare two slices of wheat toast<\/li>\n<li>Spread avocado on the toast<\/li>\n<li>Top one slice with a slice of cheese<\/li>\n<li>Top with the egg, and then the second slice of toast<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pizza Eggwich<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute onion, diced tomato<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic powder, basil and oregano just before finished<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<br \/>\nWITH THE EXCEPTION of placing onion mixture on top of beaten egg<\/li>\n<li>Cook in microwave according to directions.&nbsp; Since onion mixture is already cooked and warm, you do not need to extend the time<\/li>\n<li>Place cooked egg on a piece of warmed flatbread or pita<\/li>\n<li>Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>Optionally top with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/roberts-thunder-powder\/\"><strong>Grandpa&#8217;s Thunder Powder<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TIP:&nbsp;&nbsp; You can use alternate pizza ingredients such as pepperoni, bell pepper, black olives, jalape\u00f1os, sausage, etc.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Mediterranean Eggwhites<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Separate yolk from two eggs and set aside for later use<\/li>\n<li>Beat the egg white with a little bit of onion or garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>Saute spinach and diced tomato just until spinach has fully wilted<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above &#8211; using your egg whites<br \/>\nWITH THE EXCEPTION of placing spinach mixture on top of beaten egg<\/li>\n<li>Cook in microwave according to directions.&nbsp; Since spinach mixture is already cooked and warm, you do not need to extend the time<\/li>\n<li>Add cooked egg to the top of a warmed piece of pita bread<\/li>\n<li>Top with a thin slice of white cheddar<\/li>\n<li>Top with remaining pita half<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chorizo Jack Eggwhich<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Form chorizo into a thin patty and cook in skillet<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<\/li>\n<li>Place chorizo and egg on a baguette<\/li>\n<li>Top with pepper jack cheese<\/li>\n<li>Optional:&nbsp; Add salsa<\/li>\n<li>Optionally top with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/roberts-thunder-powder\/\"><strong>Grandpa&#8217;s Thunder Powder<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Top with remaining baguette<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eggwich Burrito<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute onion and green bell pepper<\/li>\n<li>Add cumin just before finished<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<br \/>\nWITH THE EXCEPTION of placing onion mixture on top of beaten egg<\/li>\n<li>Cook in microwave according to directions.&nbsp; Since onion mixture is already cooked and warm, you do not need to extend the time<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile put a tortilla on a plate<\/li>\n<li>After egg has finished, put tortilla into microwave for 15 seconds<\/li>\n<li>Halve the eggwich and put onto the tortilla<\/li>\n<li>Top with shredded Mexican blend cheese<\/li>\n<li>OPTIONAL:&nbsp; Add sour cream or salsa or guacamole<\/li>\n<li>Optionally top with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/roberts-thunder-powder\/\"><strong>Grandpa&#8217;s Thunder Powder<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Roll burrito (fold one end to contain ingredients, then roll the tortilla)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Eggs Benedict Eggwich<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Toast your English Muffin, and cook (or warm) your Canadian bacon<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Eggwich from basic recipe as shown above<br \/>\nWITH THE EXCEPTION of DO NOT BEAT THE EGG<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the egg into the cooker with the yolk intact<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/2 tsp of water over top of the egg &#8211; DO NOT BEAT IN<\/li>\n<li>This will steam the egg<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cook in microwave according to directions.<\/li>\n<li>Put your Canadian bacon on your English muffin<\/li>\n<li>Top with poached egg<\/li>\n<li>Top with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/grandpas-hollandaise\/\"><strong>Grandpa&#8217;s Hollandaise<\/strong><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>Usually, I use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/quick-sauces\/\">Knorr&#8217;s Hollandaise Powder<\/a>.&nbsp;
