  1. Slice chicken breast into 3\/4 inch slices<\/li>\n
  2. Toss in mixture of 1\/2 C flour and 1 tsp salt<\/li>\n
  3. Dip in egg wash<\/li>\n
  4. Toss in Panko bread crumbs – pressing crumbs into the chicken<\/li>\n
  5. Put into waffle maker (sprayed with a little oil)<\/li>\n
  6. Cook 5-7 minutes<\/li>\n
  7. Serve with gravy or syrup on the side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
