{"id":2140,"date":"2012-10-22T05:31:33","date_gmt":"2012-10-22T05:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=2140"},"modified":"2012-10-22T05:31:33","modified_gmt":"2012-10-22T05:31:33","slug":"pineapple-saute","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/pineapple-saute\/","title":{"rendered":"Pineapple Saute"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 CU cooked brown rice<br \/>\n1\/2 can chunk pineapple (with all of the juice)<br \/>\n1\/2 CU canned chicken, salmon or tuna OR<br \/>\n1\/2 CU shredded pork (great using leftovers)<br \/>\n1\/2 onion (roughly chopped)<br \/>\n1\/4 CU broth or stock<br \/>\n1 stalk celery (chopped)<br \/>\n1 large carrot (chopped)<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic (chopped)<br \/>\n3 TBL Sesame Ginger salad dressing<br \/>\n1 TBL low sodium Soy sauce<br \/>\n2 chive onions (chopped greens to 1\/2 inch)<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. Lightly saute onion in corn, canola or safflour oil<br \/>\n2. Add carrots and celery and cook 5 minutes<br \/>\n3. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes<br \/>\n4. Add pineapple juice and reduce approx 4 minutes<br \/>\n5. Add broth and cook approx 2 minutes to heat<br \/>\n6. Add pineapple and rice and cook for approx 2 minutes to heat<br \/>\n7. Plate and top with meat<br \/>\n8.
