{"id":2088,"date":"2012-10-21T14:24:01","date_gmt":"2012-10-21T14:24:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=2088"},"modified":"2012-10-21T14:24:01","modified_gmt":"2012-10-21T14:24:01","slug":"pork-fried-rice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/pork-fried-rice\/","title":{"rendered":"Pork Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 CU cooked brown rice<br \/>\n1 CU shredded pork (great using leftovers)<br \/>\n1\/4 CU broth or stock (chicken, pork or beef)<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 onion &#8211; roughly chopped<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Chinese mustard<br \/>\n2 scallion greens &#8211; chopped into 3\/4 inch pieces<br \/>\n1\/4 CU bean sprouts<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. Heat peanut oil in pan and lightly saute onion and garlic<br \/>\n2. Dump onion and garlic in bowl with pork or rice<br \/>\n3. Gently scramble an egg in the hot pan with the Chinese mustard<br \/>\n4. Add everything into the pan except scallions and sprouts<br \/>\n5. Heat throughout<br \/>\n6. For presentation, spoon and compress heated mixture into small bowl or cup. Set plate on top of cup and invert. Remove bowl.<br \/>\n7. Sprinkle with scallions and sprouts<br \/>\n8. For heat, use chinese mustard or Sriracha Red Sauce drizzled around food<br \/>\n9.
