Cook the FRESH pumpkin meat for 5-10 minutes in a microwave or use 1 canned pumpkin<br \/>\n2. Mix all ingredients together and blend well.<br \/>\n3. Pour into 4-6 custard cups.<br \/>\n4. Set cups into baking pan with 3\/4 inches water in the pan.<br \/>\n5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes<br \/>\n6.
