Actually, I usually don’t POST from Chuckwagon Cowboy, but I DO watch most of his clips.  Usually very simple, and tasty-sounding.  As he puts it, his recipes are YEE HA GOOD.<\/p>\n

Anyway, this recipe in particular has several tips and techniques that are very useful.  While I can’t vouch for the entire recipe watch these things in particular:<\/p>\n

  1. Putting the crispy coating on his chicken<\/li>\n
  2. What he USES for his crispy coating<\/li>\n
  3. Making a roux – The sour cream is a little over the top, but you could also use condensed milk<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
