  1. Roll pizza dough flat<\/li>\n
  2. Drizzle with pizza sauce, salt and EVOO
    \nSAUCE:  1\/2 C wine, garlic tomato, onion, salt, pepper, sugar – SIMMER<\/li>\n
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses<\/li>\n
  4. Add pepperoni, black olives, etc – – – based on your preferences<\/li>\n
  5. Add basil and oregano<\/li>\n
  6. Roll up lengthwise starting with string cheese in the middle<\/li>\n
  7. Pinch closed<\/li>\n
  8. Slice into rolls<\/li>\n
  9. Pour 4 TBL melted butter into a cast iron skillet<\/li>\n
  10. Put rolls into the skillet and let rise for 30 minutes<\/li>\n
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00ba for 15 minutes<\/li>\n
