She&#8217;s made it for years. I tried it. I can see why!<\/p>\n<p>Sauerkraut &#8211; Quick Kraut<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 head cabbage<br \/>\n1 CU apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n3 TBL sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. Shave cabbage thin. Discard hard core.<br \/>\n2. Combine vinegar, sugar and salt.<br \/>\n3. Add cabbage and marinate for 2 hours (stirring occasionally)<br \/>\n4. Add 3 CU water, and bring to boil<br \/>\n5. Simmer 15 minutes<br \/>\n6.
