Even if there\u2019s plenty of tread left, tires should be replaced if they\u2019re too old.&nbsp; Over time, the rubber will dry and crack, possibly leading to a blowout or flat tire.<\/p>\n<p>You can tell the manufacture date of your tire by looking on the side.&nbsp; There will be DOT followed by four numbers&nbsp; (eg) DOT and then eventually 1418.&nbsp; This means they were manufactured during the 14th week of 2018&nbsp; which is about mid April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OK, so this is not a recipe, but like I said&#8230; this site is mainly for my use.
