{"id":1679,"date":"2012-09-10T13:21:12","date_gmt":"2012-09-10T13:21:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/?p=1679"},"modified":"2021-01-05T12:06:15","modified_gmt":"2021-01-05T19:06:15","slug":"spinach-artichoke-dip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grandpacooks.com\/recipes\/spinach-artichoke-dip\/","title":{"rendered":"Spinach \/ Artichoke Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 PKG frozen spinach (10 OZ) thawed and drained<br \/>\n1 block (8 oz.) of cream cheese<br \/>\n8 OZ shredded cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 CU grated Parmesean cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 CU sour cream<br \/>\n1 small onion (white, yellow or red &#8211; minced)<br \/>\n2 TBL Balsamic vinegar,<br \/>\n2 TBL Olive Oil<br \/>\n2 TBL lemon juice,<br \/>\n2 TBL Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n5 Garlic cloves<br \/>\n2 TBL Dry Mustard<br \/>\n1 Avocado (optional)<br \/>\n1 red pepper<\/p>\n<p>optional<br \/>\nmarinated artichoke hearts, mashed<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\nground black pepper<br \/>\ncrackers<br \/>\nwater as needed<br \/>\ncornstarch as needed<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>1. Put all the food ingredients in the big bowl except the chips and red bell pepper.<br \/>\n2. Heat in microwave on medium to medium-high heat until cheese is all melted, about 2 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Rinse red bells, then add to mixture<br \/>\n4. Stir to combine<br \/>\n5.
