<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Preheat oven to 250\u00ba<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Prepare a mixture of 1\/2 tsp salt, 1\/2 tsp pepper, 1\/2 tsp garlic powder, 1\/2 tsp onion powder, and 2 TBL baking powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pat 24 wings dry &#8211; if frozen, thaw before patting dry<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Toss wings in seasoning mix<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Season wings prior to putting into the oven<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bake wings for 30 minutes.&nbsp; This will render much of the grease out of the wings, so they will smoke less.&nbsp; The baking powder will also remove much of the liquid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Remove wings to a large mixing bowl, and turn the temperature of the oven up to 450\u00ba<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Add 2 TBL coconut oil or canola oil and toss to coat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, mix 1 tsp <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">GTP or desired seasonings, along with 1 TBL AP flour and 1 tsp cornstarch &#8211; and toss to coat all wings evenly<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Put onto greased wire rack on top of rimmed cookie pan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bake at 450\u00ba for 30 minutes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Flip, then bake another 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Toss in Frank&#8217;s Red Hot Sauce or BBQ Sauce mixed with half as much melted butter.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Here is an Instant Pot Wing Recipe<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Cripsy Wings In The Instant Pot\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xLkGzqC8tPM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
