Put meat into freezer for 30 minutes to firm it up<br \/>\n2. Slice meat thin<br \/>\n3. Marinate 8 -12 hours<br \/>\n4. Dice green onions, garlic and Thai chilis<br \/>\n5. Bring canola oil up to smoke point in large skillet<br \/>\n6. Brown all ingredients till browned<br \/>\n7. Add remaining marinade and reduce liquid<br \/>\n8.
