Preheat oven to 400<br \/>\n2. Split squash in half (or lop off end caps. Use middle tomorrow.)<br \/>\n3. Remove seeds<br \/>\n4. Cook (cut side up) for about 45 minutes<br \/>\n5. Meanwhile-<br \/>\n6. Saute scallions for 3 minutes in canola oil<br \/>\n7. Add garlic and ginger, cook another minute or two, then set aside<br \/>\n8. Let all items cool, then mix everything except bread crumbs<br \/>\n9. Spoon into shells<br \/>\n10.
