Bring \u00bd\u201d water to boil in covered saucepan. Grease 1 qt casserole. Prepare parsley, onions, potatoes. To boiling water add onion salt, potatoes, 1 tsp. Salt \u2013 boil (covered 5 min-drain). Meanwhile in skillet (or double boiler) over low heat, melt butter, stir in flour salt, pepper, paprika, then milk. Cook, stirring until smooth and thick.
