Top with fig and red onion <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Goat Cheese and Pear<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Spread goat cheese and top with wedges or thin slices of pear. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar glaze <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Burnt Mozzarella<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Shave whole-milk mozzarella over sliced bread. Cover bread completely, then broil about 60 seconds to melt the cheese.
