COLLECTION"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Grandpa&#8217;s Carrot Cake<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>2 large carrots (grated)<br \/>\nDRY INGREDIENTS<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C AP raising flour<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL raw Old Fashioned oatmeal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp nutmeg<br \/>\nWET INGREDIENTS<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL melted butter<\/li>\n<li>2 TBL raisins<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 400\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Dry Ingredients:&nbsp;
