Julienne strips of two Granny Smith Apple and one Gala
\nTen radishes – cut into thin slices or julienne strips
\n1 TBL Dijon mustard
\n1 tsp apple cider vinegar
\nJuice and zest from one lemon
\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Based on a salad served at Sun Up Brewery in Phoenix, Arizona<\/p>\n

  1. Cut apples and toss in lemon juice to keep from browning<\/li>\n
  2. Cut radishes and toss that in as well<\/li>\n
  3. Add mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and toss well<\/li>\n
