Use a spatula to help<\/li>\n<li>Mix in vanilla and cover with plastic wrap &#8211; press wrap down onto surface of the pudding<\/li>\n<li>Let chill two hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for Cake<br \/>\n<\/strong>Make this next because it will have to cool for at least 30 minutes after creation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 C granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 C AP flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 C baking powder<\/li>\n<li>6 TBL butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 C whole milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step by Step<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"10\">Cream together eggs and sugar<\/li>\n<li>In separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder<\/li>\n<li>Melt butter and whisk together with whole milk<\/li>\n<li>Mix milk mixture with egg mixture<\/li>\n<li>Add vanilla<\/li>\n<li>Fold in flour mixture and stir only to moisten MOST of the mixture &#8211; do not overmix<\/li>\n<li>Fill greased muffin cups half way with prepared mixture<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350\u00ba for 10-12 minutes or until tops start to brown<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven and set aside to cool for at least 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 C heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL cocoa<\/li>\n<li>3 TBL granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>4 oz semi sweet chocolate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"19\">Bring heavy cream to a simmer &#8211; NOT a boil<\/li>\n<li>Mix cocoa with the sugar and salt<\/li>\n<li>Add cocoa mixture to cream<\/li>\n<li>Add chocolate to the cream<\/li>\n<li>Stir until smooth, then remove from heat<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Assembly<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"24\">Cut cakes in half using a NON-SERRATED knife &#8211;
