Baked Apple Roses<\/p>\n

Cut apple in half and cut seeds out
\nSlice as thinly as possible
\nSoak on 1 C water and 1\/4 C lemon 10 min
\nMicrowave 3 minutes, then drain<\/p>\n

Mix 3 TBL apricot preserves with 2 TBL water<\/p>\n

Roll puff pastry to about twice its size
\nCut into 1.5 inch strips
\nStagger apple so that flat side is along the middle of the strip – red sticking out
\nSprinkle with Apple pie spice OR Grandpa’s CinnaSugar\u00ae
\nFold up edge to cover flat line of Apple
\nRoll
\nPut into muffin tin
\nBaker 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes
\nSprinkle with powdered sugar<\/p>\n
