It&#8217;s also great to add to salsa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For each 1 CUP of chopped cilantro add the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 TBL olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 TBL white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>zest and juice from 1 lime or 1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Tabasco (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take an entire bunch of cilantro (see note) and chop it as small as possible. A food processor helps a lot.<\/li>\n<li>How much cilantro you have, dictates how much of the other ingredients you need.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well and put in container. Store in refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Note: The bottle shown is a cleaned and recycled Heinz 57 Chili Sauce bottle.
