font-size: 14pt;\">Adjusted recipe for 16 Dinner Rolls in (parenthesis)<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Recipe for 16 Dinner Rolls<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 oz (8 oz) milk @ 100\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>2 TBL (1\/3 C) sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 (3) TBL honey<\/li>\n<li>1.5 (4 tsp) yeast (proof if Active Dry)<\/li>\n<li>1 (2) eggs<\/li>\n<li>(1) 2 TBL melted butter<\/li>\n<li>5 oz (16 oz) (by weight) of AP flour<\/li>\n<li>1 (3 tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix first four ingredients and let sit 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Paddle mix above ingredients just to incorporate ingredients<\/li>\n<li>Rest for 15 minutes to let liquid absorb<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 oz room temperature butter<\/li>\n<li>Use dough hook on low for 2 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Switch to medium and go for 8-10 more minutes<\/li>\n<li>Knead and form on LIGHTLY floured counter top<\/li>\n<li>Rise for 1 hour<\/li>\n<li>Flatten and shape into final form or portion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Parker House Dinner Rolls<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"9\">Roll into a thick rope and cut in half<\/li>\n<li>Cut in half again, then again, then again.\u00a0 You will end up with 16 pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Form balls and flatten to about 3 inch diameter<\/li>\n<li>Put 1 tsp butter in the center and fold over into an empanada shape<\/li>\n<li>Press lightly to secure.<\/li>\n<li>Put on baking tray and brush with butter<\/li>\n<li>Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30-40 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Bake 8-10 minutes @ 400\u00ba\u00a0 turning pan half-way through<br \/>\n&#8230; or until internal temperature is 200\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Rest 10 minutes before serving<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Braided Rolls<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"9\">Flatten dough into a 24&#215;6 sheet<\/li>\n<li>Use a pizza cutter and cut in six strips<\/li>\n<li>Cut six strips into six inch pieces, then form into ropes<\/li>\n<li>Braid three strands at a time<\/li>\n<li>Put on baking tray and brush with butter<\/li>\n<li>Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30-40 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Bake 8-10 minutes @ 400\u00ba\u00a0 turning pan half-way through<br \/>\n&#8230; or until internal temperature is 200\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Rest 10 minutes before serving<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Monkey Bread Rolls<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"9\">Flatten dough into a 24&#215;6 sheet<\/li>\n<li>Use a pizza cutter and cut in six strips<\/li>\n<li>Cut these into two inch pieces and roll each roughly into a ball<\/li>\n<li>Toss in melted butter, then put into a pan<\/li>\n<li>Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30-40 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Bake 10-12 minutes @ 375\u00ba\u00a0 turning pan half-way through<br \/>\n&#8230; or until internal temperature is 200\u00ba<\/li>\n<li>Rest 10 minutes before serving<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Brown and Serve Freezer Rolls<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"9\">Roll into a thick rope and cut in half<br \/>\n&#8211;
